As a father and a soul who is practicing & learning to navigate fear, addiction, shame, guilt, and the echoes of old patterns, I continue to transform pain into light and trust the quiet wisdom within the body. My path is a continuous returning inward, dissolving the templates that once kept me small, and attuning to a deeper frequency shaped by breath, stillness, and the subtle teachings of nature that our ancestors carried in their bones.
