Transitioning into Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, the session guides you into a deeply relaxed state between wakefulness and sleep. In this meditative journey, you are invited to rest deeply while remaining aware, accessing a space of profound rest and renewal. Yoga Nidra calms the nervous system, promotes emotional healing, and creates an opportunity for the mind and body to restore balance.
