Yin & Sound Journey
In this 75-minute session, gentle Yin yoga postures guided by Sala are held in stillness, while Yonel weaves live soundscapes using shamanic drum, voice, chimes, and deep vibrational frequencies.
Each posture becomes a portal — unlocking tension, emotion, and stored memory through long holds, intentional breath, and immersive sound.
As you settle deeper into your body, sound becomes the medicine that meets you. The drum becomes the heartbeat. The voice becomes a guide. The stillness becomes a temple.

Slow down, soften, and let go.
For those whose bodies are holding more than their minds can process. For sensitive nervous systems seeking regulation through gentle movement and vibrational healing. For anyone called to explore stillness not as absence, but as presence.
Annamaya (Physical Body): Yin postures to release deep fascia and tension.
Pranamaya (Energy Body): Breath and sound vibrate through energetic pathways, restoring flow and coherence.
Manomaya (Mental Body): A shift from overthinking to spacious awareness, inviting emotional clarity and stillness.
Vijnanamaya (Wisdom Body): Insight, memory, and subtle guidance may emerge as the layers soften.
Anandamaya (Bliss Body): A state of rest, renewal, and gentle vibrational wholeness.
This is a collective exhale. A space to feel safe in your softness. To let sensation rise and fall. To meet what’s true in your body — not with judgment, but with breath. Stillness is where the body speaks. Sound is where the soul answers.
