Immersion: Ayurvedic Body Consultancy

A 3-hour 1:1 healing journey | Remember your nature. Realign your life.

This offering is a doorway — a return to your elemental self and a reclamation of your wellbeing. Blending ancient diagnostic wisdom with embodied integration, this session invites you into a lifestyle shift rooted in deep listening, conscious choices, and loving discipline.

What’s included in this journey:

Part One – Ayurvedic Body Consultation

Your session begins with a full Ayurvedic consultation with a trusted practitioner I personally recommend and work closely with.

Through pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha), tongue reading, and subtle observation, you’ll receive:

  • An understanding of your Doshas — the elemental energies (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) that govern your mind and body
  • A clear view of your Prakruti — your innate constitution at birth
  • A reflection on your current Vikruti — areas of imbalance caused by lifestyle, environment, or emotional weight
  • Guidance on diet, herbs, seasonal practices, and healing approaches tailored to you

This is ancient knowledge, passed through the heart of experience.

Part Two – Integration Session with Sala

After the consultation, we gather at Salasbananas for tea, a nourishing Ayurvedic snack, and deep, grounded reflection.

This session is a bridge — from knowledge to embodiment.

Sala will support you in:

  • Understanding how this wisdom applies to your unique life
  • Mapping a personal rhythm that honors your energy, digestion, emotions, and cycles
  • Creating space for real change: food, movement, rest, boundaries, rituals
  • Exploring the emotional roots behind current imbalances with compassion and honesty

💬 This is not a cure. Ayurveda is not a quick fix. It is a profound shift in how we live, love, eat, sleep, and show up. It asks us to answer the deeper questions: What have I been ignoring in my body? Where have I abandoned myself in the name of productivity or performance? What would it mean to center my wellbeing — unapologetically?
