At Salasbananas Yoga Studio, we honor the sacred essence of Vinyasa—a practice of mindful movement, breath, and devotion. Rooted in the wisdom of yoga, Wisdom Vinyasa is a 90-minute experience designed to reconnect you with life’s natural rhythms and your true purpose.

In these times, we are called to move consciously, to honor the cycles and patterns that shape our lives. Vinyasa reminds us of the beauty of flowing with grace, passion, and awareness. This is not a high-energy fitness session. It is a devotional practice—a sacred space to release, rebirth, and rejuvenate.

Our queer-inclusive, Sri Lankan-owned studio is a safe, intimate sanctuary for small groups of only six participants. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class invites you to embrace purposeful movement and reconnect with the union of breath and body.

It is a prayer in motion, honoring the cycles of existence and reminding us of the interconnectedness of life and the cosmos.

    “Through Vinyasa, we learn to carry the wisdom of conscious movement into how we live.” To practice Vinyasa with deeper intention, we must shift our focus from the physicality of the movement to the mindfulness within it.
